Content to submit

Abstract (mandatory for all participants) of 250-300 words, excluding images, tables, and formulas, will be published in a collection of scientific papers and on our online platform.
The abstract must comply with formatting standards. We suggest you download a sample file and use it to format your material.
You can provide the materials, which will also be published on our online platform:
  • Video presentation on a neutral background with a resolution of at least 1080p. The video must be horizontal and not contain advertising, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Slide presentations that allow you to fully explain the essence of your report. The presentation should be in PowerPoint or PDF format. Poster size is A1 paper.
  • Poster presentation in FIGMA format. Poster presentations must be neatly laid out and fully cover the proposed topic.
  • Full text of your paper formatted according to the sample.

Abstract collection

Following the conference, a PDF collection of abstracts will be compiled and published. All materials in the collection will be divided into thematic sections.
The abstract collection will be distributed through the Open Access model. It will be available for free download from the conference archive.

Participant certificate

Each participant will receive a conference participation certificate in PDF format. This certificate serves as proof of participation in the conference and is provided separately for each participant. 
If the paper contains three authors, we will prepare three certificates with their names.

Additional materials

Attach additional materials to your application and we will publish them publicly on our online platform.
Сonference proceedings
All abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings. The conference proceedings will be officially published and assigned an ISBN number. 
Conference participant certificate
Each conference participant will receive a personalized certificate of participation indicating the title of their presentation. If there are multiple speakers, a separate certificate will be issued for each speaker.
Publishing materials online
To increase interest and citation, conference proceedings will be published in a special section of the IAR website in a format suitable for search engine indexing. Additional materials will also be included there.
